All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. While we do everything in our power to ensure your BlendToGo™ arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, or postal service disruptions.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email within 48 hours of dispatch.
🛂 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BlendToGo™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties or taxes, the return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the customer's final refund.
❌ 5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We want to make sure your order arrives safely.

Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order and the product is broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blendtogo.com with clear photos/videos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will ship a brand-new replacement immediately.

Incorrect Address: BlendToGo™ is not liable for orders that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
