⏱️ 1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a risk-free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your BlendToGo™ blender to request a return and a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The blender must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all original inserts, manuals, and accessories (such as the wireless charging pad).

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number and email address used during checkout).

⚠️ Note: For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for blenders that have been used to prepare food or liquids unless the product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect under our warranty.

📦 2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at  info@getblendtogo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Safe Return: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.

Once your return is received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.

  • Approval: If the item passes inspection and meets all criteria, we will approve your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Rejection: If the item is found to be heavily used, damaged by the user, or missing its original packaging/accessories, the refund will be denied, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

🛠️ 4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (1-Year Warranty)

Did your item arrive damaged during transit, or is it experiencing a technical glitch? Don't worry, our 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covers you!

If your BlendToGo™ arrives defective or gets damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

    with a clear video or photo showing the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send you a brand-new replacement blender or issue a full refund immediately. In this specific scenario, BlendToGo™ will cover all shipping costs.

❌ 5. Order Cancellations

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery times. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait to receive the item and then initiate a standard return process.
